This product has worked a miracle for me

I injured my back (herniated disk) well over ten years ago. I decided to try everything before even considering surgery. Over the years I bought thousands of pounds worth of fitness equipment: home trainer, elliptical, power bench, rower, you name it... All ended up making my back worse within days if not minutes (especially the rower!). Life was quite hard, periods of great pain followed by periods of mild pain, almost never pain-free.One day I saw this product on a "lose weight" TV show my wife was watching, and became quite intrigued. It was new and different, and they said it targeted core muscles, so I decided to buy it and give it a try. I was in for a big surprise.After ten or twelve minutes on it, I was totally pain-free (though quite tired too). I was astounded. The pain naturally returned within half an hour or so. But here was, for the first time, something (other than medication upon occasion) that could take the pain away even if only for just a short time. So I made my mind up to use it as close to daily as i could, even if it were only to enjoy those blessed few minutes without pain. Well, as the weeks and months passed, the blessed minutes became hours, and the hours became days. After using it for almost a year now, having gradually increased my time on it to about an hour a day, I live virtually free of back pain, and still getting better and better.Of course, it can get quite boring after a while, just keeping your balance while listening to music or watching TV. So these days I use the board in combination with Virtual Tennis on the Wii, and a couple of wrist weights. Now, besides keeping my back healthy, I get a cardio session as well, and enjoy beating Andy Murray some times!Naturally, I do not know if this product will do for others what it has done for me. But if you suffer from lower back pain, I would recommend you find someone who owns one, and give it a try for ten or fifteen minutes. If your pain subsides by exercising those muscles that help you keep your balance, I would say buy one immediately and use it every day!
