Wireless Microphones

A bit worried about ordering these, but absolutely no problems. They were given to my husband as a christmas present to go with a new karaoke machine. Went down a storm on Chritmas day. Very easy to set up and use. All the singers in our house feel very professional now.

What excellent purchase. I had my doubts when I first viewed them online but once I set them up - just a couple of minutes - what an improvement on my old mics. Improved my voice no end. Although the dogs might disagree. Very pleased with them.

Worth it for the weight alone....

I ummed and ahhed before getting this due to the price. Let's be honest, at the end of the day it's a stick.Unfortunately it doesn't shoot lasers or repel tiger attacks; but what it does do is provide a stable and solid platform, even when fully extended. Combined with the right head, it enables you to forget about everything except getting the shot.I'm 6'5 and when fully extended it gives me more than enough height to shoot standing up. When fully collapsed it is compact enough to attach to any good camera bag (most of which have a dedicated strap or storage facility), and is barely noticeable due in large part to its incredibly light weight.Anyone who has lugged a bag full of equipment around for 8 or more hours will understand that every weight reduction is a plus towards the end of the day, and this is a substantial reduction on my previous monopod.All in all you get get pretty much everything you could hope for from one of the more expensive Manfrotto products, and it draws admiring glances from those in the know as it is so very good looking.If you are looking at the cheaper models, but keep returning to this one; my advice is take the plunge, you'll be happy you did.***Update***Having had this for a while now, I thought I would provide an update as to its longer term performance.In short, this has become an essential piece of kit and I would simply not be without it now. Solid, reliable, hard wearing and extremely light. If you want a better staff/monopod than this you'll be having to give Gandalf a call.

Monopod

A few years ago I bought a Manfrotto monopod but with a change of camera I realised it was too flimsy. I had a look at more robust ones in high street stores and decided that this one was super cool with its carbon-fibre shafts. Being a 4-section, the last section is slender but also, being 4-section, it is not over long when collapsed. Quality wise, it's really good and made in Italy, unlike the cheaper one I had, that was made in China. OK so it's a but dear for a stick but I like having it.

Shipped very fast.Easy to open and use.Fitted onto my 72mm thread on my Sony Z1 perfectly, little vig which is what I prefer.Amazing quality and very wide, great for filming skating and snowboarding/skiing close up.
